When is your birthday?
August 30th, Virgo.

Hometown?
I grew up in Walnut Creek, California, but my soul will always belong to Truckee, California.

Where do you reside?
Carlsbad, California

What's your nickname?
Hottie

Who are your skate heroes?
Cara-Beth Burnside, Jake Brown, Tony Hawk, Duane Peters, and everyone who's skating and pushing themselves.

Mentors on your path?
My Mom is my biggest mentor. She raised me to be the person I am. I always respect her opinion, and she's also a very understanding friend in my life.

An old boyfriend that is a professional skater. He liked that I wanted to learn to skate, but then didn't want a girlfriend that was into skating. He said once, "It's my job, I don't want to go home and have my girlfriend into skating too." I thought it was really unfair that he could feel the feeling that skateboarding gives, but I was supposed to sit by the phone and wait for him. My anger was truly my driving force to get better so I could someday show him that I could skate. He has since apologized.

Nikki Cortez for learning to skate with me. It was us against the world. We were horrible at skating, but at least we had each other.

Lil John from Burnside told me when I was first learning to skate, "To just keep skating no matter what other people think, do it for yourself." It wasn't that he said a lot, but I was just a beginner with Nikki, and I was trying to skate Burnside too which was really scary. He's a good skater and was always encouraging me, and trying to help me. I always thank him for that comment whenever I see him. For some reason it sticks out in my head.

Cara-Beth Burnside and Morgan Lafonte. After I had been skating for a year, I started snowboarding too. These two girls were great at both and I really looked up to them and respected them. I've gotten to be friends with Cara-Beth and I've skated with her a lot. For the first year, it seemed like she would do a new trick every time we'd skate. She is in a league of her own, she's the best.

I am also inspired by so many people I skate with. Every time I skate, there's different people with their different style. Other people energy pushes me.

Thank God for Skateboarding!!!

Top five things to do when youre not skating:
1. Hangin' with my son, Rerun (a Chihuahua)
2. Walking on the beach
3. Working out
4. Spending time with my friends
5. Working on projects
