(Starring: Cara-Beth Burnside, Jen O'Brien, Vanessa Torres, Lyn-Z Adams & Van Nyugen) Lisa Whitaker filming; Lucianna & Susie Floros shooting photos) The tour kicked off Monday the 21st. All the girls met up at Jen's house where we packed up the RV & dialed it in. The RV is pretty plush with a black leather couch, tv/vcr & cabinets full of healthy treats from Trader Joe's. We hung the Girls Tour posters on the outside of the RV & have been intriguing onlookers at every spot we roll up to.

Our first stop of the tour was the Vans SK8 park in Ontario. The girls sk8ed there and signed autographs before heading to Upland. Upland has a huge full pipe. We got there an hour before it closed. Vanessa kickflipped over a garbage can while Jen & CB tore up the full pipe. We slept outside of Upland & spent Tuesday driving towards San Francisco. We took a break from driving at a sk8 park in Fresno. Van was stoked to stretch her legs and roll around a park for a while. From there we hit Rippon at the perfect time. There were only five other skaters there. The guys were stoked to see a crew of girls sk8ing clean lines through the smooth concrete park.

After Rippon we made our way to San Francisco. We walked into a gourmet vegetarian meal at Jen's friends' Frank and Tierra's place. They live off Haight Asbury street. We're going to roll around San Fran for the 1st part of the day before hitting up the Vans park in San Jose where a demo is scheduled.
