Boarding for Breast Cancer

QUEEN OF SURF is the water element of the "Queen of" series produced by sg to support women's board sports and culture.

Our goal as the world's leading board-sports magazine for girls is to provide a quality venue for professional, amateur, and novice female surfers to push the sport and have fun in a casual environment.

While we are having fun at the beach we are also trying to raise awareness and money for the B4BC (Boarding 4 Breast Cancer).

AMATEUR
The amateur element will invite girls of all ages to participate in the event. The amateur division embraces the San Diego locals and provides an opportunity for the youth to surf among top professional surfers.

OP GIRLS LEARN TO RIDE
Op Girls Learn to Ride has created a series of girls-only action sports clinics designed to give females of all ages the basic skills and confidence necessary to participate in action sports. Surf instruction will be provided adjacent to the contest.

BOARDING FOR BREAST CANCER
Boarding for Breast Cancer (B4BC) is a nonprofit, youth-focused education, awareness, and fundraising foundation. Our mission is to increase awareness about breast cancer, the importance of early detection, and the value of a healthy lifestyle.
