Dieselboy
"There's a record [Archangel, by KC ] that was put out on my label, Human," says Dieselboy. "One side samples Slayer and another side samples Pantera. And every time I play these tracks, someone will come up to me and ask me about them. Every time. So I don't know if I'd do a full album, but fusing metal with drum ‘n' bass is something that I'd like to experiment with down the road."
But don't think music is the only thing this guy's about. "I don't get to snowboard as much as I'd like, obviously, because I'm on the road so much," says this former skateboarder-turned-relentlessly-touring-DJ/producer. "But I get out as much as I can." Indeed. Dieselboy's last three tours to South Africa have included bungee jumping, skydiving, and paragliding on his days off. He's contemplating a show in Utah this winter just so he can ride at Snowbird, and when he's not on the road, Dieselboy can be seen cruising the streets of his hometown, Philly, on his BMX bike.
