Serena Brooke Day Charity Event 2004

Event Date: Saturday October 30, 2004 (Beginning 8:00am - 4:00pm)
Location: Jacksonville Beach, Florida - Southside of Jax Beach Pier
Event Overview: Learn to surf or enter the amateur surf contest and have a spectacular fun day at the beach “hanging-out” with world-class surf superstar Serena Brooke and friends. Surf lessons available for all ages and surf competitions scheduled for various age categories (both short & longboard divisions) - see Entry Form for details. All abilities are welcome (beginners guaranteed to stand). Surf with Serena, improve your technique, get fit & meet new friends. Entry includes lunch, special SBD event t-shirt, personally autographed poster and goodie bag. Other activities include pre-surf safety & instruction, pro expression session, product giveaways/raffles and closing awards ceremony.

Serena Brooke Charity Foundation: All donations/net proceeds will benefit the Orange County Community Foundation-Serena Brooke Fund, a non-profit charity organization funding youth surf scholarships, child abuse prevention & women’s at-risk programs. Local Florida charities to include: Bosom Buddies-Breast Cancer Research Program at Women’s Center of Jacksonville Beach, Florida Hurricane Relief Program & Surfrider Foundation. Charitable donations made payable to “OCCF-Serena Brooke Fund” are welcome.
Event Entry Fee: $35.00 (includes SBD Event T-shirt, Goodie Bag, Lunch & Serena Brooke Autographed Poster)
Entry Deadline: Friday October 29, 2004 (Beach entries will be accepted at $40.00 late fee only if space is available.
